Easy Minced Beef Fried Rice

Minced beef fried rice is one of my favorite rice dishes. It’s versatile, delicious, and very easy to make. I like to experiment with different proteins, vegetables, and sauces. I love how it comes out every time. One of my favorite ways to make fried rice is by using minced or ground beef.
Minced beef fried rice is a delicious rice dish and a highly nutritious meal. It combines vegetables, minced beef, and rice, seasoned together with soy and oyster sauce. It’s a great way to bring variety to your everyday fried rice recipe and also include more proteins into your diet.
How is Minced Beef Fried Rice prepared?
Making minced beef fried rice requires easy-to-find ingredients that are readily available in the market.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams Minced beef
  • Chopped carrots green bell peppers, and onions
  • 1 Tbsp Meat Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 Bay leaves
  • 1.5 cups of rice
  • Sunflower or Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic diced
  • Sweet corn
  • Green peas
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a Pan, add 1 tbsp oil, diced garlic, and 1.5 cups rice, stir to combine
  • Let it sit for about 3-5 mins while stirring intermittently
  • Add in a cup of water, 1 tsp salt, and 4 bay leaves, cover, and bring to a boil
  • Cover with a napkin or foil so it can cook faster
  • Pre-heat a frypan, add 1 tbsp of oil, minced beef, salt, and seasoning of choice
  • Stir and allow it to cook till brown
  • Add chopped onions, green bell peppers, carrots, sweet corn, and green peas or any vegetables of choice.
  • Stir until it is well mixed, cover, and leave to cook for about 3-5 mins
  • Add cooked rice together with oyster and soy sauce and stir gently until completely mixed.
  • Allow to sit for about 5 mins and serve hot
  • Minced beef fried rice can be served as a whole meal or with any sauce of your preference.
