In a Pan, add 1 tbsp oil, diced garlic, and 1.5 cups rice, stir to combine
Let it sit for about 3-5 mins while stirring intermittently
Add in a cup of water, 1 tsp salt, and 4 bay leaves, cover, and bring to a boil
Cover with a napkin or foil so it can cook faster
Pre-heat a frypan, add 1 tbsp of oil, minced beef, salt, and seasoning of choice
Stir and allow it to cook till brown
Add chopped onions, green bell peppers, carrots, sweet corn, and green peas or any vegetables of choice.
Stir until it is well mixed, cover, and leave to cook for about 3-5 mins
Add cooked rice together with oyster and soy sauce and stir gently until completely mixed.
Allow to sit for about 5 mins and serve hot
Minced beef fried rice can be served as a whole meal or with any sauce of your preference.
